Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if details differ on inspection.
Payment is due directly to Sonic Cleaning UK on their agreed terms.
Cancellations and refunds are handled fairly and reasonably by Sonic Cleaning UK.
All work is carried out by Sonic Cleaning UK. Inicio Digital only provides the enquiry form and passes your details to Sonic Cleaning UK.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If property details differ when inspected, Sonic Cleaning UK may amend the quote before work begins.
Provide accurate details of your property and access.
Ensure access is available at the agreed date and time.
Inform Sonic Cleaning UK of any restrictions, hazards, or requirements.
Payment is made directly to Sonic Cleaning UK.
Payment terms (e.g. on completion, within 7 days) will be agreed with them.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling.
Sonic Cleaning UK may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds are at the discretion of Sonic Cleaning UK.
Disputes should be raised directly with them. If unresolved, Inicio Digital Ltd may assist with mediation.
Inicio Digital is not liable for the services carried out. Responsibility for quality, timing, and outcomes rests with Sonic Cleaning UK.
